Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to reply to you, assess fit & deliver our work. We never sell your data, and analytics & ad cookies run only if you accept them.
1.Who we are
1 Amsterdam Digital, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller of your personal data under the EU GDPR and, for UK visitors, the UK GDPR. As a small business we have no Data Protection Officer; the founder answers every privacy question at hello@1amsterdamdigital.com.
2.What we collect

We never ask for sensitive data such as health or religion; please don't send it.

No automated decisions. We score enquiries to shape the order of our reply. A person always reviews it, and you can ask for a fresh review.
6.How long we keep it

7.Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, withdraw consent, or ask for a human review. Email hello@1amsterdamdigital.com; we reply within one month.
Complaints. Tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
8.Security & changes
Security. HTTPS, two factor authentication and need to know access. Any risky breach is reported to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens within 72 hours.
Changes. We update this page when our tools change and show the new date at the top. Our services are for businesses, not anyone under 16.
